Location: Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4YJ

Working Pattern: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week with shifts between 7am to 3.30pm, 8am to 4pm, 10am to 6pm and occasional 1pm to 9pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus
  • Develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations
  • Be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers
  • Lead and manage a small team of 10
  • Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard
  • Overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team
  • Provide feedback and coaching on performance
  • Ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSSH and Food Hygiene training
  • Managing daily kitchen operations, leading a culinary team, and ensuring high standards for food quality and safety

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience within Contract Catering would be beneficial
  • Someone who is commercially savvy
  • Strong leader to manage the team
  • Excellent client relationship management
