Gather and Gather in Cardiff is seeking a Chef Manager to lead onsite dining operations for our client sites. The role combines hands‑on cooking with team leadership to deliver high quality meals for staff, with a focus on consistency and customer satisfaction.
Working pattern is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with 7:00am to 15:30pm shifts on a rota. Salary is £35,000 per annum. You’ll manage food preparation, safety, budgets and mentoring of a small kitchen team.
