We are currently recruiting for a Regional Support Chef Manager to join our team. Predominantly Monday - Friday but flexibility required, 40 hours per week.
- Provide hands-on support across multiple sites, stepping in where needed - from leading kitchens to offering practical support during busy periods.
- Demonstrate strong people management, motivating and supporting teams to deliver consistently high standards.
- Support sites with differing needs - from counter service operations to large-scale, high-volume production environments.
- Maintain and drive high food and service standards across all locations.
- Bring a strong understanding of food, innovation, and current trends to enhance menus and customer experience.
- Champion and promote the Gather & Gather brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
Due to multi-site requirements, driving licence and vehicle is essential.
