Location: Zone 1 London

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + travel + package

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client relationship management: Act as the primary senior point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Manage client expectations and communicate project progress, addressing any issues and keeping them informed of developments.
  • Operational and contract management: Ensure contract delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
