The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

Full P&L responsibility

Ability to lead on all F&B strategy across the university

With the site management team ensure that the client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered

Set clear expectations to the managers regarding food and service standards to ensure that all services provided are of the highest standards

Proactively make suggestions to clients regarding innovation in food and food service to develop the site,

Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all clients for the university

Be the first point of reference for all client comments and concerns and take any necessary action

Work with managers and other relevant parties to make sure income is maximised through effective purchasing, marketing and revenue/ waste control

Produce financial reports where necessary ensuring all details can be explained and outlining any necessary action that has been taken

Manage and develop managers within the venue for which you are Account Director

Provide effective performance management and appraisal to relevant site mangers

To ensure that the site managers are effectively managing the staff in their unit and to assist in this as appropriate
