Location: Ware, SG12 0DJ

Salary: £38,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the catering operation, delivering a high-quality quick-service dining offer within a contract catering environment
  • Oversee and support a small on-site team, ensuring smooth day-to-day service and strong team engagement
  • Work closely with and report into the Contract Head Chef, ensuring standards, expectations, and client requirements are consistently met
  • Remain hands-on with food preparation and service, maintaining high standards of quality, pace, and presentation
  • Drive an efficient, fast-paced service style, ensuring excellent customer experience within a quick-service dining model
  • Build strong client relationships and support the overall commercial and operational success of the site
