Join the Williams F1 Team as a Sous Chef, supporting the delivery of high-quality, nutritious meals in a fast-paced, elite motorsport environment. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to maintain exceptional standards, ensuring the team is fuelled for peak performance across demanding race operations. Ideal candidates will be organised, adaptable, and passionate about excellence in every dish.

Salary: £37,456 per annum

Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 days, 40 hours per week (During race weekends there can be unsociable hours)

Location: OX12 ODQ

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef and Group Head Chef in delivering exceptional hospitality catering, striving to be best-in-class within Formula 1.
  • Prepare and deliver a range of high-quality food offerings, from buffets to fine dining, ensuring consistency and excellence for partners and guests.
  • Cater for varying numbers of guests (from 5 up to 120), adapting to both small-scale service and larger events, with additional support provided when required.
  • Work collaboratively within a small team to ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained at the highest level.
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced setting, including supporting race weekend activity where required, maintaining high standards during demanding and sometimes unsociable working hours.
  • Contribute as part of a close-knit team, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and high-quality service delivery across all hospitality functions.
