We are recruiting a Sous Chef to join our team in London.

Rate of Pay

£40,500 per annum

Working Pattern

Monday - Friday 06:00am - 14:30pm

Key Responsibilities
  • To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
  • To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
  • To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
  • To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
  • To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients
  • 700-1200 covers per week. 700 weekly for staff feeding up to 500 covers for hospitality/events.
  • Sous Chef would mainly look after events whilst generally supporting the Head Chef.
  • Managing 2 CDP's
