Relief Chef – Nottingham
Location: Field based around Nottingham
Rate of Pay: £35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5/7, shifts between 6am - 4pm
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing delicious, high‑quality food that delights our clients and customers
- Covering Managers holidays and site supports
- Overseeing and implementing menu changes
- Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
- Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
- Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
- Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well‑stocked
- Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
Ideal candidate
- Passionate about great‑tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Experience supervising a team
- Experience in a similar Chef role
- Ability to cover Chef Manager role while off site
- Hold a Food Hygiene & Allergens certificate
- Flexible approach to working and shiftwork
- Ability to adapt to different situations
