We're currently recruiting a dedicated Co-Ordinator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Co-Ordinator, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. What you’ll be doing:

  • Booking and coordinating daily meetings and events, including room allocations and schedules
  • Managing event logistics from initial enquiry through to delivery
  • Liaising with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
  • Supporting the planning and on-the-day coordination of events
  • Assisting with creative tasks such as brochure design and promotional materials
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Graduate calibre or experience in operations or administrative roles
  • Ideally a background in hospitality or food & beverage
  • Confident using systems and technology (training provided)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional and confident liaising with a range of stakeholders
  • Diplomatic, level-headed, and solution-focused approach
