We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Head Chef to join our team in Edinburgh.

Location: Greenside Row, Edinburgh, EH1 3AN

Rate of Pay: £36,000 - £39,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, daytime hours, occasional evening overtime

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard
  • Reporting directly into the Executive Head Chef
  • You will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining and food experiences
  • Operating from a purpose built and brand new hospitality kitchen
  • Looking after hospitality and events
  • Leading a team of 4 chefs
  • To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
  • To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus
  • To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations
  • To be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers
  • Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standards
  • Overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team
  • Provide feedback and coaching on performance
  • To ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSHH and Food Hygiene training
