Location: Southbank Centre, Belvedere Road, SE1 8XX
Rate of Pay: £36,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the onboarding of all new team members and to own the process from start to finish.
- Ensure that all rotas are completed in the required timeframe and staffed to the correct base/costed rotas at all times.
- Responsible for the completion of all timesheets to the required deadline and to highlight any issues to senior management.
- Ensure accurate records are kept for staff details, absence, timekeeping, holidays, and sickness.
- Support managers with covering administrative responsibilities to include holiday cover.
- Assist in any areas of the operations when circumstances dictate.
- Daily sales recording.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required.
- Understand and interpret the relevant financial control systems and use the information to measure performance and to achieve all financial targets working with senior management where necessary.
- Working with the Operations Manager, Financial Manager and General Manager to ensure the accurate processing of timesheets and to highlight any discrepancies to achieve the business performance of the units.
