Bartender – Angela Hartnett’s New Restaurant at the Royal Opera House

Start Date: August 2025 (Opening September 11th)
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
Salary: £14-17 per hour depending on experience
Join us in creating London’s most remarkable dining experience in one of the city’s most iconic venues. We’re Company of Cooks, and in collaboration with Angela Hartnett, we’re opening something truly special on the fifth floor of the Royal Opera House. Picture a vibrant, ingredient-led Italian-inspired menu, a stunning rooftop terrace with sweeping views over Covent Garden Piazza, and an atmosphere of elegance and warmth day to night.
We\’re now looking for skilled, engaging Bartenders to join our opening team and help deliver world-class hospitality behind the bar.
What You’ll Do:
- Craft and serve beautifully made cocktails, wines, and beverages with speed, precision, and personality.
- Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for ingredients, wines, and spirits, elevating the guest experience through thoughtful recommendations.
- Contribute to the smooth, stylish operation of a bar that’s as welcoming as it is professional.
- Anticipate guest needs, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional and memorable service.
- Collaborate closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to uphold Angela Hartnett’s high standards of hospitality and service.
