Location: Covering sites across Berkshire, Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey, southern London surrounds. Mileage expenses covered.
Rate of Pay: £39,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Predominately Monday – Friday, but flexibility required. 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and oversee the production of all meals to the highest standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
- Manage stock, orders, and budgets efficiently.
- Innovate menus that meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and portion control.
