We're currently recruiting a dedicated Retail Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Checking and storing deliveries promptly and correctly
- Supervising a team, creating a positive and supportive environment
- Being a responsible key holder
- Using the till, taking orders, and processing payments
- Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties
- Producing weekly rotas following managerial guidelines
- Placing stock orders to maintain inventory levels
- Delegating tasks and ensuring team proactivity
- Ensuring compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
