The predicted salary is between 22500 - 22500 £ per year.

Location: The Cornish Seal Sanctuary, Gweek, Cornwall, TR12 6UG

Hours: 2 days per week - Thursday & Friday

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting our operations teams across the site. Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and engaging with guests
  • Assisting with parking and general enquiries
  • Helping to maintain high presentation standards alongside the housekeeping team
  • Driving an on-site vehicle to support guests
  • Covering team breaks
  • Providing ad hoc support with cleaning or basic maintenance tasks as needed

Must have Full UK driving licence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and warmly with a wide range of guests
  • A proactive, flexible approach with a willingness to support across different departments and tasks
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service standards
  • Awareness of health & safety and cleanliness standards within a public-facing environment
  • Full, clean driving licence
