Location: Northamptonshire (Northampton, Daventry, Towcester, Wellingborough, Kettering)
Salary: £150 – £180 per day
Start Date: September 2025 – July 2026
Contract Type: Day to day cover servicing 34 schools
Are you a dynamic and passionate Supply Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Northamptonshire? We are seeking 2 x enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teachers to work regularly at a large trust we have partnered with to service 34 of their primary schools across the whole county of Northamptonshire. If you are committed to making a positive impact on students\’ learning experiences and are flexible to supply teach across all primary year groups from Reception to Year 6, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects as a Supply Teacher.
- Adapt to different school environments and follow existing lesson plans.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere because you have the passion and want to showcase it to your learners.
- Support students\’ learning and development with enthusiasm and dedication.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent; at least a degree.
- Proven experience working as a Supply Teacher in primary or secondary schools.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different classroom settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, peers, and learners.
- Flexible and reliable with a passion for teaching.
