Experienced Trades Assistant wanted to join a busy High Wycombe-based hydraulic cylinder repair workshop supporting mining and heavy industry. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with hydraulic cylinder, mechanical, or heavy equipment experience who wants stability, good team culture, and long-term opportunity. Minimum 1+ years' experience required in hydraulic cylinders, mechanical work, or heavy equipment.

About the role:
- Hydraulic cylinder strip, inspection support and assembly assistance
- Cleaning, prepping and handling components
- Assisting with pressure testing and final checks
- Safe operation of workshop equipment
- General workshop duties and housekeeping
About you:
- Experience with hydraulic cylinders, mechanical fitting, or heavy equipment
- Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude
- Safety-focused with good attention to detail
- Reliable, team-oriented and willing to get stuck in
Licences & tickets:
- Current High Risk Work Licence – Forklift
- Current Driver's Licence MR or HR Driver's Licence
- Overhead crane experience
Other requirements:
- Full working rights within Australia
