We provide social rented homes, shared ownership, and sheltered housing. We develop new homes and run our own in-house maintenance service, Gateway Homeworks. We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead the delivery of KPI reporting and housing data insights across multiple systems, including HMS platforms such as Rubixx, enabling informed decision-making, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. The post holder will develop analytical solutions and reporting frameworks that improve data quality, reduce manual processes through automation, and support statutory reporting requirements such as SDR and Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
