Senior Multi Site Scheme Co-ordinator in Devon

We are looking for a Senior Multi-Site Scheme Coordinator to enable older residents with enhanced care and support needs to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life through the effective coordination of resident services and the smooth operation of multiple housing schemes. The post holder will provide senior operational support across schemes, including floating cover where required, managing complex resident cases, leading safeguarding interventions, supporting compliance activities, and coaching Scheme Coordinators. Accountabilities Your accountabilities will include but not limited to: Lead on providing information for complex resident situations involving vulnerability, safeguarding concerns, tenancy sustainment challenges or multiple support agencies. Deliver a minimum of quarterly community engagement activities to combat isolation and enhance inclusion. Deliver the full range of Scheme Coordinator duties during periods of absence, vacancies or service demand. Ensure safeguarding procedures are fully implemented and monitored across schemes Undertake compliance reviews across schemes and promote best practice Oversee lettings, agreements, rent collection, arrears recovery, and tenancy breach interventions Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely repairs and property upkeep Please refer to the attached job profile for more details. Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Proven experience working in housing management, support services, or social care, preferably with older adults or vulnerable populations Experience managing complex customer cases Conflict resolution, planning, and time management skills Knowledge of compliance frameworks including health and safety, fire safety and building safety requirements. Understanding of safeguarding practices and procedures Experience working with local authorities and community engagement projects.
