A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in Northamptonshire for a Sous Chef to work in their busy 4* Hotel which has a fine dining restaurant as well as functions/parties. This is a good career opportunity for an ambitious chef to become part of a talented kitchen team. The role is 5 straight shifts per week.

The Role

  • Running and managing the hotel kitchen in Head Chef's absence
  • Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
  • Preparing meals using fresh produce to AA rosette level

The Person

  • You will already be a Sous Chef
  • Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
  • Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to AA rosette standard
