Excellent Chef de Partie opportunity in a luxury property. A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Stroud area for a Chef to work in the kitchen of their luxury 4* property. This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in preparing meals for guests. You will need to manage and encourage junior chefs and have previous hotel kitchen experience.

  • Working in the 2AA Rosette level kitchen
  • Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
  • Preparing meals for Restaurant & Functions guests
  • Kitchen management duties - supporting Head Chef

  • You will already be an ambitious Chef de Partie
  • Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
  • Experience of working in hotels ideally to AA rosette standard
  • Highly motivated and focused with a positive can-do attitude
  • Steady career history
