The predicted salary is between 40000 - 44000 Β£ per year.

Our client is a busy country hotel in the Cotswolds. You will be working with all fresh produce to prepare restaurant and bar meals along with celebrations/parties. You will be part of a busy kitchen team and manage service and encourage junior chefs in the Head Chef's absence.

The role is 45 hours per week, working 5 days from 7 and staff accommodation is provided.
