Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef to work under an award-winning executive chef in the hotel's fine dining restaurant. You will work in the kitchen and be a well-motivated and strong communicator. You will be preparing quality food with fresh, seasonal produce, including those grown on site, and will ideally have experience at 2AA level or higher.
The restaurant is open for dinner service and Sunday lunch, so the shifts will be 12 - finish most days. The role is 48 hours per week, and you will receive a generous tronc and benefits package.
