As part of a talented brigade, you will assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food for the fine dining restaurant, Lounge Bar, and high-end functions. You must have worked to multi-rosette level or Michelin in a quality 4 or 5* hotel. You will be a talented and confident leader who can deputise for the Head Chef and have strong leadership skills.

The Role
- Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be assisted by junior chefs and run the kitchen in his absence.
- Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service.
- Strong management skills.

- You will already be a Sous Chef in a luxury 4* or 5* hotel or high-end restaurant.
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members.
- Have experience of working to 3AA rosette or Michelin level.
