Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular Hotel near Retford which serves an all fresh food menu to AA rosette level. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef to take the next step in their career and manage the hotel restaurant kitchen under an expereinced Executive Chef. The restaurant serves a Modern British Seasonal Menu. You will manage the kitchen for service and its an opportunity to cook without kitchen managment duties.

Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products

Already working as a Head Chef or Sous
Excellent Communicator & People person
Experience of Fresh Food kitchen to AA rosette standard
Good motivator and hands on chef
