Our client based at this busy hotel in the Wokingham & Bracknell area are recruiting a Chef de Partie for their kitchen brigade. This is an opportunity to join a superb hotel that has an excellent reputation for its food in a busy restaurant as well as functions. The hotel can offer a 45 hour week and straight shifts.
The Role
- Working on all Sections except Pastry
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
- Managing and ordering your own section
- Keeping and maintaining hygiene standards and work areas clean
The Person
- Already an experienced Chef de Partie
- Experience of working in a busy Hotel or restaurant
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable and able to work unsupervised
