Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their country dining pub and restaurant near Buckingham. They are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with experience working with all fresh food to ideally a AA rosette standard. The role is commutable from the Buckingham, Bletchley and Milton Keynes area.

The Role

• Working on each section of the kitchen
• Supporting the Head Chef and managing kitchen in his absence
• Managing and ordering for your own section
• Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service

Experience

• You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a Rosette awarded luxury 4* hotel, pub or restaurant
• Ability to work on each section
• Keen to work at a high standard with career aspirations
