Our client is recruiting a Duty Manager for their busy hotel in the Uppingham area. They are looking for a confident and personable Manager with good all round hosting and restaurant skills as you will ensure guests' needs are met throughout their stay. This is a hands-on role so you will interact with customers on a daily basis. You will work in reception, the restaurant and be customer facing at all times.
