Excellent opportunity for a Chef in a luxury hotel kitchen. A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in East Sussex for a Chef de Partie to work in their luxury hotel kitchen. As part of an ambitious kitchen team, you will assist the Head Chef in serving food of a high standard for the fine dining restaurant, bar, and functions.

The role is 48 hours per week. Live-in accommodation is available.
