The Role
- Reporting to the Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs

- Serving Modern British Menu using all fresh produce
- Strong Management skills

- You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working in a busy hotel or similar venue
- Ambitious and career orientated
