Our client is a luxury & busy Country Hotel in the Leicestershire who are recruiting a Pastry Chef de Partie. This is an opportunity to join a busy kitchen and produce pastry and breads for restaurant. afternoon teas and celebrations. The role is 5 days from 7 over 40 hours a week plus tips.

Working on the Stand alone Pastry section with assistance from juniors
Making all Pastries, Desserts and Breads for afternoon tea service & private parties, functions and banqueting
Using all fresh produce
Working to AA rosette level standard
The Person
Already a Pastry Chef de Partie
Experience ideally to rosette levels in luxury hotel or restaurant
