Excellent opportunity with a luxury hotel and restaurant in the Uppingham area for a Pastry Chef. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Pastry Chef to work in their busy hotel restaurant and bar. As part of a dedicated brigade, you will assist the Head Chef in serving fresh food for the guests in the fine dining restaurant, bar, and functions/celebrations.

The Role
- Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be assisted by junior chefs.
- Working in the hotel kitchen using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service and weddings/celebrations.
- Pastry background essential as you will run that section.
The Person
- You will already be a CDP or Junior Sous with good pastry skills.
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members.
- Have experience of working in busy AA rosette standard kitchens.
- Positive personality and proactive work skills.
