Great New Role in Luxury Country House Hotel. A fantastic opportunity has arisen at this luxury hotel in Hampshire for an experienced Chef de Partie. The role is close to major towns such as Basingstoke & Farnborough but is in a beautiful countryside location. As part of a talented brigade, you will be serving all fresh locally sourced food of a high quality under the guidance of an experienced Head Chef.

The Role

  • Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs

  • You will already be a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen environment
  • Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
  • Have experience of working with all fresh food in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant kitchen
  • Good attention to detail
