Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Head Chef for a busy hotel and restaurant on the Welsh Border near Hay on Wye.
You will develop a modern, seasonal menu using local meat and fish suppliers, with support from a Group Executive Chef.
Live-in is available off site, so you will need to drive.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the kitchen team, manage GP and stock control, and maintain high hygiene standards while delivering AA Rosette level service.
