Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their refurbished country inn with rooms, serving all fresh food, located in the North Oxfordshire area of the Cotswolds. This is an opportunity for an existing Head Chef or ambitious Sous Chef to take the next step in their career and join the business as it opens this summer. The kitchen uses locally sourced produce and serves a modern British menu. The role involves cooking high-end pub/restaurant food and designing menus. Due to the location, candidates will need their own transport.
Head Chef – Salary & Benefits
