Our client is recruiting a Head Banqueting Chef to manage the conference and banqueting kitchen of their luxury hotel in Buckinghamshire. This is an opportunity for a highly organised chef to manage their kitchen reporting to the Executive Chef. You will manage a team of chefs and prepare meals for high-end banqueting, conferences, events, BBQs, buffet lunches, and VIP events. You will need to be an organised chef who can run the banqueting kitchen, so will need good management skills.

- Already a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef
- Strong background in banqueting, weddings, and events to AA rosette standards
- Calm and able to work as part of a team
- Understands all paperwork relating to the kitchen
