Our client is recruiting a Head Banqueting Chef to manage the conference and banqueting kitchen of their luxury hotel in Buckinghamshire. This is an opportunity for a highly organised chef to manage their kitchen reporting to the Executive Chef. You will manage a team of chefs and prepare meals for high-end banqueting, conferences, events, BBQs, buffet lunches, and VIP events. You will need to be an organised chef who can run the banqueting kitchen, so will need good management skills.
