Our client is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for their refurbished country inn with rooms serving all fresh food based in North Oxfordshire area of the Cotswolds. This is an opportunity for an ambitious chef to take the next step in their career and join a well run business. The kitchen uses locally sourced produce and serves a modern British Menu. The role will be cooking high end pub/restaurant food and is a 4 day week so 3 days off. Due to location, you will need your own transport.
