The hotel has a busy restaurant along with functions, bar and banqueting working under for a talented and experienced Head Chef and a settled kitchen brigade.

- Running and managing the hotel kitchen in Head Chef's absence
- Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
- Preparing meals using fresh produce

- You will already be an experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
- Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
- Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to AA rosette standard using fresh produce
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
