The Junior Sous Chef role is based at a busy country dining pub and restaurant serving fresh British dishes. You will work closely with the Head Chef, deputise and lead the brigade when the Head is away, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food quality.
You'll benefit from a four-day work week (four days on, three days off), parking, uniform and meals, and a package up to £40,000 including £5k tips. The venue cooks to 2AA rosette level, and owner operates Daventry & Banbury area.
