About the Role of Receptionist
As our Receptionist, we need you to have experience in a fast-paced environment so you can jump straight in. Able to work using your own initiative, exceptional customer service and organisational skills are key.
Your role includes everything from initial enquiries and check in of our guests, through to check out after their stay.
You will be friendly, trustworthy and of smart appearance. You will take pride in looking after our hotel and guests throughout the day and ensure that the Reception is welcoming at all times.
Ideally you will have experience with a hotel system such as Reslink or Resdiary, but we provide you with on-going training & development. From on-line modules you can access at any time, to personalised plans to help you meet your aspirations.
