Excellent Opportunity – Busy Hotel – Bracknell – Straight Shifts

Our client based at this busy hotel in the Wokingham & Bracknell area are recruiting a Chef de Partie for their kitchen brigade. This is an opportunity to join a superb hotel that has an excellent reputation for its food in a busy restaurant as well as functions. The hotel can offer a 45 hour week and straight shifts.

The Role

  • Working on the all Section\’s except Pastry
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
  • Managing and ordering your own section
  • Keeping and maintaning hygiene standards and work areas clean

The Person

  • Already an experienced Chef de Partie
  • Experience of working in a busy Hotel or restaurant
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capable and able to work unsupervised
