Excellent role in University College Kitchen - Straight Shifts - 2 weekends off per month
Chef de Partie. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this prestigious college for a Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food to fellows, VIPs, staff and students. The role will invole preparing meals for fine dining, high end banqueting and college cafe/restauarnts. The role is 37.5 hours per week with shifts on a rota basis

The Role
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs and support them and the Sous.
- Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing and plating meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner serice and functions
The Person
- You will already be a CDP or Junior Sous Chef
- Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Have experience of working in a busy all fresh food hotel kitchen
- Good attention to detail
- Ambitious and career orientated
- Ideally NVQ Level 3 qualified
