Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is assisting a historic Cambridge college in their search for a Food and Beverage Supervisor.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, floor-based, with a 5 from 7 rota and mainly straight shifts.

The successful candidate will supervise cafeteria, events and staff, driving service excellence.

Applicants should have prior F&B supervisory experience in hotels, colleges or restaurants and demonstrate hands-on leadership, strong communication and a proactive approach to team
