Excellent New Chef Opportunity with High End Country Inn with Rooms. Our client is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for their refurbished country inn with rooms serving all fresh food based in North Oxfordshire area of the Cotswolds. This is an opportunity for an ambitious chef to take the next step in their career and join a well run business. The kitchen uses locally sourced produce and serves a modern British Menu.
The role will be cooking high end pub/restaurant food and is a 4 day week so 3 days off. Due to location, you will need your own transport.
Salary & Benefits- Salary to £33k + 10k tips = £43k package
- 4 day week
- Food on duty
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service
- You will already be a Chef de Partie wanting to move up
