Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their fantastic pub in the Bedford area. They are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with experience of working with all fresh food. The pub is a popular destination and has events and parties also. They can offer immediate start for successful candidates. The role is 45 hours per week, 5 days from 7.

The Role
Working on each section of the kitchen
Supporting the Head Chef and managing kitchen in his absence
Managing and ordering for your own section
Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service
Experience
You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in Rosette awarded luxury 4* hotel, pub or restaurant
Ability to work on each section
Keen to work at a high standard with career aspirations
