A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our clients based in the Sunningdale area of Berkshire who are recruiting a Chef de Partie to work in their award winning fine dining Restaurant. As part of a dedicated brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in preparing all freshly prepared food for lunch and dinner service. This is an excellent career opportunity for a chef to learn and work in a kitchen where everything is made from scratch on site including butchery. The role is working Wednesday to Sunday with 3 nights off per week. Staff Accommodation is available off site so you will need own transport.

The Role
Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service
The Person
You will already be a Chef de Partie
Able to work unsupervised and passionate about a career in a kitchen
Have experience of working in AA rosette standard restaurant or hotel kitchen
Experience of cooking hi end restaurant food with seasonal produce
Looking to learn and train in top kitchen
