We have an additional opening for a Hotel Receptionist to join our Accommodation Team here at Warwick Castle, the UK’s most exciting Castle!
Warwick Castle offers a variety of accommodation for our guests to choose from. There is the Warwick Castle Hotel, where guests are dined and entertained like royalty before retreating to the stunning medieval-inspired rooms. We have our exclusive suites hidden within the castle's 14th century towers to the magical Knights Village lodges as well as glamping tents.
Reporting to the Hotel Duty Managers, you the Hotel Receptionist will assist the team in ensuring the friendly and efficient services from arrival and departure of our guests. In this Hotel Receptionist position, you will find no two days are the same. From providing guests with information needed throughout their stay, to helping guests check in and check out, you’ll be trained to have good working knowledge of room types, facilities, and locations within the hotels.
You will have to help with any guest issues, managing potential complaints effectively, passing on any relevant information to the Hotel Duty Manager. In addition, you will be trained to assist in the unlikely event of site evacuations and contact emergency services as and when required. This is a Seasonal position, offering varied shift patterns 7am-3pm, 11am-7pm, 3pm-11pm, working a 5 day week which will include weekends and bank holidays.
