About the Role We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Cut & Crease Operator to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within the printing and packaging industry. Working alongside experienced operators, you will receive full training on industry-leading Cut & Crease machinery and processes. You will learn how to produce high-quality carton packaging while working safely, efficiently, and to customer specifications.
What You'll Be Learning As a Trainee Cut & Crease Operator, you will be trained to:
- Assist with the set-up and operation of Cut & Crease machinery.
- Follow work instructions and production schedules.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer requirements.
- Support machine cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping activities.
- Work in line with all Health & Safety, Quality, and Hygiene standards.
- Understand production KPIs and contribute to department targets.
- Develop knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement techniques.
- Support the wider production team as required.
